These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Central Moto website, your purchase of our products, and use of our services. By accessing our website or engaging in transactions with us, you agree to these Terms.

We offer:
Sales of pre-owned motorcycles.
Motorcycle servicing, repairs, and detailing.
Motorcycle rentals.
Sales of parts, accessories, and apparel.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD.
Taxes, fees, shipping, and handling may apply.
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved financing.
Sales tax is collected where required by law.

4. Sales Policy
All motorcycle sales are final, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Motorcycles are sold “as-is”, unless covered by a written warranty.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting and confirming the suitability of the motorcycle before purchase.

5. Service & Repairs
Central Moto is not responsible for delays due to parts shortages or unforeseen events.
Customers must collect serviced motorcycles within 5 business days of completion; storage fees may apply thereafter.

6. Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

7. Returns & Exchanges (Parts, Accessories & Apparel)
Must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused, in original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Customer pays return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.

8. Limitation of Liability
Central Moto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product or service in question.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Central Moto and may not be used without written permission.'

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms
